Grid energy definition

Grid energy means, for OVC-HEVs, the electric energy flowing into the battery when the vehicle is connected to an external power supply and the engine is turned off. It shall not include electrical losses between the external power source and the battery.
Grid energy means energy used to charge the Storage Facility other than Charging Energy from the Generating Facility.
Grid energy means electricity delivered to the Storage Project from the Electric System by Buyer, as adjusted for round trip losses and any other relevant factors.
