Grid Services Revenue definition

Grid Services Revenue means any payments or revenue received by a Financing Fund from the sale or provision of Grid Services from a PV System and/or Energy Storage System to public utilities, independent power producers, retail energy providers, regional transmission organizations, energy trading companies, or other entities from time to time.
Grid Services Revenue means payments or revenue received by a Project Company from the sale or provision of Grid Services from a PV System and/or Energy Storage System to public utilities, independent power producers, retail energy providers, regional transmission organizations, energy trading companies, or other entities from time to time.

Related to Grid Services Revenue

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Covered Services means all or a part of those medical and health services set forth in rule 441—86.14(514I).

  • Supplier Profit Margin means, in relation to a period or a Milestone (as the context requires), the Supplier Profit for the relevant period or in relation to the relevant Milestone divided by the total Call Off Contract Charges over the same period or in relation to the relevant Milestone and expressed as a percentage;
