Grid Services Revenue definition

Grid Services Revenue means any payments or revenue received by a Financing Fund from the sale or provision of Grid Services from a PV System and/or Energy Storage System to public utilities, independent power producers, retail energy providers, regional transmission organizations, energy trading companies, or other entities from time to time.

Related to Grid Services Revenue

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements.   • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.
