Gross Sales Amount definition

Gross Sales Amount means the total value of Licensee including Prepaid Cards that are purchased and registered by End Users as calculated by use of the Billing System of the Game. “Gross Sales Amount” does not include any tax or distribution commission.

Gross Sales Amount means all monies and the fair market value of all other consideration (including payment in kind, exchange or other form) received with respect to Sales of a Product.

Gross Sales Amount means the total sales amount paid by End Users for the Game without deducting any tax or distribution commission.

• Each Royalty Report shall contain detailed information concerning the calculation of Gross Sales Amount for the applicable month.

More Definitions of Gross Sales Amount

Gross Sales Amount means, for the relevant consecutive four-fiscal-quarter period, the total amount of revenue recognized in accordance with GAAP for worldwide sale, distribution, transfer or license (including upfront, milestone and similar payments) to third parties by (i) the Company (to the extent such sales take place on or prior to the Closing Date) or (ii) by Parent or the Company or any of their respective affiliates (to the extent such sales take place after the Closing Date), during such consecutive four-fiscal-quarter period.

Gross Sales Amount means the total sales revenue recognized by Licensee, without any deduction, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principle in the Territory that is generated from the sale and distribution of the Local Version in the Territory, including but not limited to the sales of Prepaid Cards, provided that the Gross Sales Amount shall not include the following deductions:

Gross Sales Amount means the total sales amount (denominated in Brazilian Real) paid and utilized by End Users for the Game without deducting any tax or distribution commission.

Gross Sales Amount means the total sales amount paid by End Users excluding Japanese consumption tax (Shohi-zei).

Gross Sales Amount means the total sales revenue recognized by the company providing the Game which is Licensee or Sublicensee, without any deduction, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principle in the Territory that is generated from the sale and distribution of the Local Version in the Territory, including but not limited to the sale of Prepaid Cards that are purchased and registered by End Users, as calculated by use of the Billing System of the Game.

Gross Sales Amount means the total revenues including the total value of Game Points purchased by End Users, without deduction for any sales tax, value added tax, goods and services tax, or other similar taxes or duties upon the sale of Game Points, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) of Taiwan, from the sale, distribution and provision of the Local Version or other income-generating activities relating to the Local Version. Gross Sales Amount shall not include revenues generated from online advertisements placed on Licensee’s official website (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx) or Licensee’s community website not related to the Game.

Gross Sales Amount means the Service-Sales Amount collected by end users payment, which are to be deposited to Licensor's final billing account in the Territory, excluding any applicable VAT payable in the respective countries of the Territory.
