Groundwater Contamination definition

Groundwater Contamination means the 1,4-dioxane in the groundwater at a concentration in excess of 7.2 ug/L, as determined by the analytical method(s) described in Attachment B to this Consent Judgment, subject to review and approval by EGLE.
