Group 2 Exchangeable Notes definition

Group 2 Exchangeable Notes means the Class 2M-2A Notes, Class 2M-2B Notes and Class 2M-2C Notes.
Group 2 Exchangeable Notes means the Class 2M-2A Notes and Class 2M-2B Notes. "Group 2 Liquidation Date" means the 25th day (or next succeeding business day) of the month that immediately follows the end of the Group 2 Liquidation Period. The latest possible Group 2 Liquidation Date is February 25, 2031.
