Group A Members definition

Group A Members means Members who themselves are able to produce images in accordance with the Operating Procedures for the clearing of Paper Cheques excluding GD Cheques.
Group A Members means CB and Members who themselves are able to produce images in accordance with the Operating Procedures for the clearing of Paper Cheques.
Group A Members means means employees classified under subdivision (A) of subdivision (9) of this subsection (a).

Examples of Group A Members in a sentence

  • The ticket purchased by Group A Members for the trip which these individuals took between August 31, 2007 and August 31, 2010, between Toronto and Vancouver, with at least one night onboard in a Sleeper Car constitutes an “Eligible Ticket for Group A Members”.

  • It is agreed that Group A Members cannot avail themselves of the terms of the Settlement applicable to Group B Members and that Group B Members cannot avail themselves of the terms of the Settlement applicable to Group A Members.

  • Each Group A Member who is entitled to a Credit to Group A Members and who wishes to use their Credit to Group A Members for an Eligible Trip of the Credit to Group A Members must contact VIA, by telephone, by dialing toll free 0-000-XXX-XXXX (1-888-842-7245) or TTY 0-000-000-0000, to purchase a ticket for such Eligible Trip for the Credit to Group A Members and use their Credit to Group A Members.

  • VIA undertakes, as more fully outlined hereinafter in the Settlement, to directly and individually contact the 49 Group A Members, whose coordinates VIA still has in its possession by e-mail or registered mail, to notify them about the Settlement.


More Definitions of Group A Members

Group A Members means the Persons listed on Schedule 1 as Group A members and their respective permitted successors or assigns.

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Founding Members means the collective reference to American Multi-Cinema, Inc., a Missouri corporation, Cinemark Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Regal CineMedia Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • of a Member means the salary corresponding in any given year to a full-time appointment at the member's rank and step, as set out for that year in Schedule A.

  • parent financial holding company in a Member State means a financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in the same Member State;

  • Members of the Immediate Family means with respect to any individual, each parent (whether by birth or adoption), spouse, or child or other descendants (whether by birth or adoption) of such individual, each spouse of any of the aforementioned Persons, each trust created solely for the benefit of such individual and/or one or more of the aforementioned Persons, and each legal representative of such individual or of any aforementioned Persons (including without limitation a tutor, curator, mandatary due to incapacity, custodian, guardian or testamentary executor), acting in such capacity under the authority of the law, an order from a competent tribunal, a will or a mandate in case of incapacity or similar instrument. For the purposes of this definition, a Person shall be considered the spouse of an individual if such Person is legally married to such individual, lives in a civil union with such individual or is the common law partner (as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) as amended from time to time) of such individual. A Person who was the spouse of an individual within the meaning of this paragraph immediately before the death of such individual shall continue to be considered a spouse of such individual after the death of such individual;

  • Initial Members means those Persons whose names are set forth in the first sentence of this Agreement. A reference to an “Initial Member” means any of the Initial Members.
