Group Available Funds definition

Group Available Funds. Any of the Group 1 Available Funds, Group 2 Available Funds, Group 3 Available Funds, Group 4 Available Funds or Group 5 Available Funds, as applicable.

• Promptly following identification thereof, the Servicer shall direct the Paying Agent in writing to withdraw and pay amounts on deposit in the Collection Account that do not constitute Group Available Funds and to distribute such amounts to the Servicer to be further distributed to the owner thereof.

• If a detailed invoice is submitted on or before the first day of a month, the Review Fee will be paid by the Trust from the related Group Available Funds starting on the Payment Date in that month, and will be paid by each Indenture Series with at least one Class of Publicly Registered Notes in the related Group based on the ARR Series Allocation Percentage for such Series in accordance with the related Trust Financing Agreement for each such Series of the related Group.

• Upon each withdrawal of or direction to withdraw or distribute Group Available Funds or Transfer Proceeds (including any Securitization Equity) pursuant to this Section 9.4(e), each of the Trust and the Servicer shall be deemed to represent and warrant to the Master Collateral Agent that each of the foregoing conditions have been satisfied with respect thereto.

• Upon each withdrawal of or direction to withdraw Group Available Funds from the Collection Account pursuant to this Section 9.4(d), each of the Trust and the Servicer shall be deemed to represent and warrant to the Master Collateral Agent that each of the foregoing conditions have been satisfied with respect thereto.

• If, after giving effect to Section 9.5, Group Available Funds allocated to any Series on any Payment Date exceed the amount required to be paid or deposited in respect of such Series pursuant to the Trust Financing Agreement for such Series, then any such excess Group Available Funds shall be released to the Trust for distribution to the Certificateholders or such other party as may be entitled thereto as set forth in such Trust Financing Agreement.

More Definitions of Group Available Funds

Group Available Funds means, for a Payment Date and any Group, the sum of the following amounts for the Payment Date (without duplication):

Group Available Funds. Reference to any one of the Group 1 Available Funds, Group 2 Available Funds or Group 3 Available Funds.

Group Available Funds. With respect to any Distribution Date, for each Mortgage Loan Group and the related Mortgage Loans, (I) the sum, without duplication, of (a) scheduled principal due and collected (or, with respect to Simple Interest Loans, actual principal collected) during the related Due Period, (b) all Advances (other than in respect of principal on Simple Interest Loans) made on or before the related Master Servicer Advance Date, (c) all interest received during the related Due Period, less the related Servicing Fees and Master Servicing Fee, if applicable, (d) all Compensating Interest received and required to be remitted pursuant to the related Servicing Agreements or this Agreement with respect to such Distribution Date, (e) all prepayments, exclusive of any Prepayment Charges, collected in the related Prepayment Period, (f) all amounts paid by the Seller in connection with repurchase or substitution of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Sections 2.02, 2.03 and 3.20, (g) all amounts paid by EMC pursuant to Section 10.01 allocable to such Mortgage Loans and (h) all Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and Subsequent Recoveries collected during the related Prepayment Period, in each case to the extent remitted by the Master Servicer or the applicable Servicer to the Master Servicer Collection Account pursuant to this Agreement or the related Servicing Agreement, minus (II) amounts reimbursed pursuant to Sections 4.03 and 4.05, provided that any amount specified in clauses (I) and (II) and not specifically allocable to a Mortgage Loan Group shall be allocated to each Mortgage Loan Group in the proportion that Group Available Funds for such Distribution Date for each such Mortgage Loan Group bears to Available Funds for all three Mortgage Loan Groups for such Distribution Date.

Group Available Funds. Reference to any one of the Group 1 Available Funds, Group 2 Available Funds, Group 3 Available Funds or Group 4 Available Funds. GROUP 1 AVAILABLE FUNDS, GROUP 2 AVAILABLE FUNDS, GROUP 3 AVAILABLE FUNDS, GROUP 4 AVAILABLE FUNDS: Except as otherwise provided in Sections 6.01(a)(iii) and 6.01(c), with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate of the following amounts with respect to the Mortgage Loans in Mortgage Loan Groups 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively: (a) all previously undistributed payments on account of principal (including the principal portion of Scheduled Payments, Principal Prepayments and the principal portion of Net Liquidation Proceeds) and all previously undistributed payments on account of interest received after the Cut-off Date and on or prior to the related Determination Date, (b) any Monthly Advances (including Certificate Account Advances) and Compensating Interest Payments by the Master Servicer or a Sub-Servicer with respect to such Distribution Date, (c) any amount reimbursed by the Master Servicer or a Sub-Servicer pursuant to 4.04(d) in connection with losses on Permitted Investments and (d) in the case of Group 1 Available Funds until and including the Distribution Date in June 1999, any amounts transferred from the Interest Reserve Account in accordance with Section 4.05 for the benefit of the Class 1-A-4 Certificates, except:
