Group Business definition

Group Business means the provision of broadband and communications services, including:
Group Business means any business of the Licensee, or any affiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee but shall not include the Generation Business, the Transmission System Owner’s Business, the Distribution Business, the Independent Supply Business and the Supply Business;
Group Business means the business of SCO and its direct and indirect subsidiaries with respect to (i) the Group Products, as reflected in the 2000 Group Balance Sheet, including without limitation the business of developing, manufacturing, marketing, licensing, distributing, using, operating, installing, servicing, supporting, maintaining, repairing or otherwise using or commercially exploiting all or any aspect of any or all of the Group Products or of any Intangible Assets or Intellectual Property Rights related to any of the Group Products, and (ii) the professional services division, but excluding the SCO Retained Business.

  • This notification provision will apply except as otherwise required by federal or state law or specified in The Manual of Underwriting Guidelines for Group Business.

More Definitions of Group Business

Group Business means the business as conducted by the Parent and its Subsidiaries on the date of this Agreement and any logical extensions or related ancillary businesses thereto (including business functions incidental to such business).
Group Business means the business of STI and its direct and indirect subsidiaries with respect to the Group Products, as reflected in the 1998 Group Balance Sheet, including without limitation the business of developing, manufacturing, marketing, licensing, distributing, using, operating, installing, servicing, supporting, maintaining, repairing or otherwise using or commercially exploiting all or any aspect of any or all of the Group Products or of any Intangible Assets or Intellectual Property Rights related to any of the Group Products.

Group Business means the acquisition, disposal, hiring, rent, financing of all types of vehicles, fleet management, licensing, franchising of any Intellectual Property Rights related to the activities of the Avis Europe Group and any other activity accessory or related to the main activities of the Avis Europe Group;
Group Business means the business carried on by the Group, being, subject to Articles 86 and 98:
Group Business means the business of (i) transmitting, or providing services relating to the transmission of, voice, video or data through owned or leased transmission facilities, (ii) constructing, creating, developing or marketing communications related network equipment, products, software, services and other devices for use in a communications business, and (iii) evaluating, participating in or pursuing any other activity or opportunity that is reasonably related, ancillary or complementary to the activities identified in clause (i) or (ii) above;
Group Business means those insurance contracts of the description known as a ‘group policy’, where the number of persons covered by the policy is not less than fifty or such smaller number as may be approved by the Authority and a standard form of the policy has been certified in writing by the Authority to be a ‘group policy’;.
