Group employment support definition

Group employment support means services and training activities provided in regular business, industry, and community settings for groups of two or more workers with disabilities.

The Executive shall, while the covenant under this Section 8.2 is in effect, give notice to the Employer, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identify of the Executive's employer. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.

  • Contract employee means an employee performing services under a PEO services contract or temporary help services contract.

  • Service employee, means any person engaged in the performance of this contract other than any person employed in a bona fide executive, administrative, or professional capacity, as these terms are defined in Part 541 of Title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, as revised.
