Group I Net Monthly Excess Cashflow. As of any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (x) the Group I Available Funds minus (y) the sum of (i) the sum of the Group I Class A Interest Distribution Amount and the amount described in clause (b) of the definition of Group I Class A Principal Distribution Amount (calculated for this purpose without regard to any Group I Subordination Increase Amount, Group I Subordination Reduction Amount, Group I Subordination Deficit or portion thereof included therein) and (ii) the Group I Reimbursement Amount, if any, for such Distribution Date.
Group I Net Monthly Excess Cashflow. With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) any Group I Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the positive excess of (x) the Group I Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class I-A Certificates, the Class I-AIO Certificates, the Group I Mezzanine Components and the Class I-BIO Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class I-A Certificates and the Class I-AIO Certificates, (C) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount, (D) the Guarantor Reimbursement Amount and (E) the Guaranty Fee.
Group I Net Monthly Excess Cashflow. With respect to each Distribution Date, the sum of (a) any Group I Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the positive excess of (x) Group I Available Funds for such Distribution Date over (y) the sum for such Distribution Date of (A) the Monthly Interest Distributable Amounts for the Class I-A Certificates and the Class I-S Certificates, (B) the Unpaid Interest Shortfall Amounts for the Class I-A Certificates and the Class I-S1 Certificates, (C) the Group I Principal Remittance Amount, (D) the Guarantor Reimbursement Amount, (E) the Guaranty Fee, (F) the Group I Certificate Insurer Premium, (G) the Group I Certificate Insurer Reimbursement Amount and (H) the Group II Certificate Insurer Reimbursement Amount to the extent paid out of the Group I Interest Remittance Amount.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, in no event will the Certificate Principal Balance of any Group I Senior Certificate or Group I Subordinate Certificate be reduced more than once in respect of any particular amount both (i) allocable to the Group I Senior Certificate or Group I Subordinate Certificate in respect of related Realized Losses and (ii) payable as principal to the Holder of such Certificate from Group I Net Monthly Excess Cashflow.

  • Upon receipt of any amounts paid under the Cap Agreement, and following any distributions of Group I Net Monthly Excess Cashflow pursuant to Section 4.1(a)(iii) above and withdrawals from the Reserve Fund pursuant to Section 4.1(a)(iv) above, the Securities Administrator shall deposit such amounts into the Cap Account for distribution pursuant to Section 4.1(a)(vi) above.

  • Any Group I Principal Distribution Amount remaining undistributed after giving effect to subclause (A) and (B) above shall be used in determining the amount of Group I Net Monthly Excess Cashflow, if any, for such Distribution Date.

  • In addition, the Securities Administrator shall account for the rights of Holders of each Class of Offered Certificates to receive the Basis Risk Carry Forward Amounts from the Swap Account (along with Basis Risk Carry Forward Amounts payable from Aggregate Group I Net Monthly Excess Cashflow) as rights in a separate limited recourse interest rate cap contract written by the Class I-OC Certificateholders and the Swap Counterparty in favor of Holders of each such Class.
