Guarantor Reimbursement Amount definition

Guarantor Reimbursement Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date, (i) the sum of any accrued but unpaid Guarantee Fees and (ii) the sum of all amounts paid by the Guarantor in respect of Deficiency Amounts on all prior Distribution Dates to the extent not previously reimbursed, with interest thereon at a rate equal to the Prime Rate plus 2.00%.
Guarantor Reimbursement Amount. For any Distribution Date, the sum of all amounts paid by the Guarantor in respect of the 1-A Guaranty on all prior Distribution Dates to the extent not previously reimbursed.

Guarantor Reimbursement Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the sum of all amounts paid by the Guarantor in respect of Deficiency Amounts on all prior Payment Dates to the extent not previously reimbursed, with interest thereon at a rate equal to the weighted average of the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5 and Class A-6 Pass-Through Rates (to the extent such Classes are Outstanding).
