Group Information Schedule definition

Group Information Schedule means the schedule setting out particulars of the Buyer, the Ardutch Europe Group Companies, the Ardutch Properties, the Whirlpool Europe Group Companies and the Whirlpool Properties in the Agreed Form;
Group Information Schedule means Schedule 2 setting out, among other things, particulars of the Company and each Group Company;
Group Information Schedule means the group information schedule included with this Member Certificate. The Group Information Schedule shows the Group Sponsor information.
