Group Life Program definition

Group Life Program means the life insurance programs, policies and arrangements to be established by Huttig pursuant to Section 2.2 that correspond to the respective Crane Group Life Programs.
Group Life Program means the plans or the plan or portion thereof to be established by ElderCare pursuant to Section 2.3 that correspond to the respective Parent Group Life Program.

Group Life Program. Group Life Program, when immediately preceded by "Lucent," means the Lucent Dependent Accidental Loss Insurance Plan, the Lucent Dependent Group Life Insurance Plan, the Lucent Group Life Insurance Plan, the Lucent Supplementary Accidental Loss Insurance Plan and the Lucent Supplementary Life Insurance Plan.
