Group Remuneration Committee definition

Group Remuneration Committee or “Remuneration Committee” means the Remuneration Committee of the board of directors of the Company or any other duly authorised committee or other body of persons to whom the Group Remuneration Committee delegates some or all of its functions or, where a discretion is to be exercised
Group Remuneration Committee means the committee of directors of the Company or of Companies within the Group which considers and determines the remuneration payable to executives employed by companies within the group;

Group Remuneration Committee. : means the committee set up at Group level. This Committee is composed of members who do not exercise executive functions within the Company or the Group and of whom at least the majority of the members are Group and of which at least the majority of the members are independent. Its Chairman is non-executive and independent.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Administrative Committee means the committee in charge of Plan administration, as described in Article VII.

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Evaluation Committee means a body appointed to perform the evaluation of Offerors’ proposals.
