Growth Shares definition

Growth Shares means ordinary shares of an initial nominal value of 5 pence each, classified as Growth Shares, in the share capital of the Company.

  • Subject to approval of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, Executive shall be granted 10,000 Growth Shares at “target” performance, pursuant to an award letter and standard terms and conditions substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • The Vested Growth Shares for which the Participant receives payment under this Paragraph shall be canceled and the Participant shall be entitled to no further payments under the Plan with respect to such canceled Growth Shares.
