However, officers of the Issuer have certified in the Opinion Support Certificate that there are no Applicable Orders.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • The Schedule of Quantities/ BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Disclosure Order has the meaning set forth in Section 10.7.

  • The schedule of quantity means the schedule of quantity as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • Schedule of Assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases means the schedule of certain Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases to be assumed (or assumed and assigned) by the Debtors pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time by the Debtors.
