Examples of Instrument Change in a sentence

  • The redevelopment of the Land for a mixed-use development comprising residential, commercial and retail uses, including a large format supermarket below ground level that is permitted by the controls proposed in the Planning Proposal and subject to the resultant Instrument Change.

  • This document will commence on the date of execution of this document by all parties to this document or the date the Instrument Change comes into effect, whichever is the latter.
