Guaranty of Completion definition

Guaranty of Completion means that certain Guaranty of Completion, dated as of the date hereof, executed by Guarantor and Sunrise Guarantor, jointly and severally, in connection with the Loan to and for the benefit of Agent (for the benefit of Lender), as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Guaranty of Completion means the Guaranty of Completion, dated as of the date hereof made by the Guarantor in favor of the Funding Lender.
