GUC Oversight Administrator Costs definition

GUC Oversight Administrator Costs means the reasonable costs and expenses of the GUC Oversight Administrator, including reasonable professionals’ fees and expenses; provided that the Reorganized Debtors shall reimburse such fees and expenses incurred from the Effective Date through the first (1st) anniversary of the Effective Date in an amount not to exceed $500,000 in the aggregate.

Examples of GUC Oversight Administrator Costs in a sentence

  • The GUC Oversight Administrator may employ, without further order of the Bankruptcy Court, professionals to assist in carrying out the duties as limited above, including any professionals retained in these Chapter 11 Cases, and the GUC Oversight Administrator Costs, including reasonable professional fees, shall be reimbursed by the Reorganized Debtors.

  • To the extent the GUC Oversight Administrator determines in its professional judgment that the amount of Cash in the GUC Oversight Administrator Reserve is not sufficient to cover reasonably anticipated GUC Oversight Administrator Costs in excess of the Initial GUC Reserve, it shall File a notice of a request for such increase so as to permit Holders of General Unsecured Claims to be heard by the Bankruptcy Court should they object to the increase in the GUC Oversight Administrator Reserve.

  • The GUC Oversight Administrator shall seek reimbursement from the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, of GUC Oversight Administrator Costs as provided in Article II.C.4 of the Plan, and the funds in the GUC Oversight Administrator Reserve shall be utilized solely to the extent GUC Oversight Administrator Costs are not reimbursed by the Reorganized Debtors.

  • The GUC Oversight Administrator Costs, including reasonable professional fees, shall be paid by the Reorganized Debtors from the General Unsecured Creditor Recovery Cash Amount.

  • To the extent the GUC Oversight Administrator Costs exceed $2,000,000.00, such amounts may be paid from the General Unsecured Recovery Cash Pool Amount.

  • Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and fees of the Settlement Administrator regarding Notice and Settlement administration.

  • Settlement Administration Expenses means the Settlement Administrator’s fee, and the expenses incurred by the Settlement Administrator in providing Notice, processing exclusions and objections, responding to inquiries from members of the Settlement Class, mailing Settlement checks, and related services, paying taxes and tax expenses related to the Settlement Fund (including all federal, state or local taxes of any kind and interest or penalties thereon, as well as expenses incurred in connection with determining the amount of and paying any taxes owed and expenses related to any tax attorneys and accountants).

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Certificate Administrator Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Certificate Administrator who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Certificate Administrator under this Agreement.

  • Service and support administrator means a person, regardless of title, employed by or under contract with a county board to perform the functions of service and support administration and who holds the appropriate certification in accordance with rule 5123:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code.

  • Settlement Administrator means the third party settlement administrator proposed by the Parties, as approved by the Court.

  • Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and the beneficial interest of the Trust Fund in each REO Mortgage Loan, the fee designated as such and payable to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to Section 8.05(a). The Certificate Administrator Fee includes the Tax Administrator Fee and the Trustee Fee, each of which shall be paid by the Certificate Administrator as provided herein.

  • Medication administration means the direct application of a medication or device by ingestion, inhalation, injection or any other means, whether self-administered by a resident, or administered by a guardian (for a minor), or an authorized health care provider.
