GUC Oversight Administrator Costs definition

GUC Oversight Administrator Costs means the reasonable costs and expenses of the GUC Oversight Administrator, including reasonable professionals’ fees and expenses; provided that the Reorganized Debtors shall reimburse such fees and expenses incurred from the Effective Date through the first (1st) anniversary of the Effective Date in an amount not to exceed $500,000 in the aggregate.
