Guide to Procurement definition

Guide to Procurement means the Guide to Procurement published on EIB’s website that informs the promoters of projects financed in whole or in part by the EIB of the arrangements to be made for procuring works, goods and services required for the Project.
Guide to Procurement means the Guide to Procurement published on the Bank’s website that informs the promoters of projects financed in whole or in part by the Bank of the arrangements to be made for procuring works, goods and services required for the Project.

Related to Guide to Procurement

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • FIRM PROCUREMENT means the agreement between the parties for mutually agreed terms and conditions with commitment of Quantity Ordered.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Procurement Regulations means, for purposes of paragraph 85 of the Appendix to the General Conditions, the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Environmental and Social Management Framework or “ESMF” means the document to be prepared by the FSRDC and adopted by the Recipient, consisting of a framework outlining the modalities for social and environmental screening of Subprojects (as hereinafter defined) and rules and procedures for the preparation and implementation of social and environmental assessments to be complied with, as the case may be, prior to carrying out a Subproject;

  • Kyoto Protocol means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the Third Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan on 11 December 1997 as may be amended;

  • Organ procurement organization means a person designated by the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services as an organ procurement organization.
