H.15 Statistical Release definition

H.15 Statistical Release has the meaning set forth in Section 402(b) hereof; The term “indebtedness,” as applied to the Company or any Subsidiary, means bonds, debentures, notes and other instruments or arrangements representing obligations created or assumed by any such corporation, including any and all: (i) obligations for money borrowed (other than unamortized debt discount or premium); (ii) obligations evidenced by a note or similar instrument given in connection with the acquisition of any business, properties or assets of any kind; (iii) obligations as lessee under a Capital Lease; and (iv) any amendments, renewals, extensions, modifications and refundings of any such indebtedness or obligation listed in clause (i), (ii) or (iii) above. All indebtedness secured by a lien upon property owned by the Company or any Subsidiary and upon which indebtedness any such corporation customarily pays interest, although any such corporation has not assumed or become liable for the payment of such indebtedness, shall for all purposes hereof be deemed to be indebtedness of any such corporation. All indebtedness for borrowed money incurred by other Persons which is directly guaranteed as to payment of principal by the Company or any Subsidiary shall for all purposes hereof be deemed to be indebtedness of the Company or any such Subsidiary, as applicable, but no other contingent obligation of the Company or any such Subsidiary in respect of indebtedness incurred by other Persons shall for any purpose be deemed to be indebtedness of the Company or any such Subsidiary;

  • Statistical Release means the statistical release designated “H.15(519)” or any successor publication which is published weekly by the Federal Reserve and which reports yields on actively traded United States government securities adjusted to constant maturities or, if such statistical release is not published at the time of any determination under the Indenture, then such other reasonably comparable index which shall be designated by the Company.

  • Statistical record means a record in a system of records maintained for sta- tistical research or reporting purposes only and not used in whole or in part in making any determination about an identifiable individual, except as pro- vided by 13 U.S.C. 8.

  • H.15 Daily Update means the daily update of H.15(519), available through the world-wide-web site of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System at hxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/H15/ update, or any successor site or publication.

Geotechnical reports shall conform to accepted technical standards and must be prepared by qualified professional engineers or geologists who have professional expertise about the regional and local shoreline geology and processes.

  • Clinical record means a legible electronic or hard-copy history that documents the criteria established for medical records as set forth in rule 441—79.3(249A). A claim form or billing statement does not constitute a clinical record.

  • Federal Reserve means the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

  • CREFC® Bond Level File The data file in the “CREFC® Bond Level File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Medical Records the Study Subjects’ primary medical records kept by the Institution on behalf of the Study Subjects, including, without limitation, treatment entries, x-rays, biopsy reports, ultrasound photographs and other diagnostic images.   • CMSA Bond Level File means the monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Bond Level File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • New York Federal Reserve’s Website means the website of the New York Federal Reserve, currently at http://www.newyorkfed.org, or any successor website of the New York Federal Reserve or the website of any successor administrator of SOFR.

  • U.S. Treasury Bill Rate on any date means (i) the Interest Equivalent of the rate on the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as such rate is made available on a discount basis or otherwise by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in its Composite 3:30 P.M. Quotations for U.S. Government Securities report for such Business Day, or (ii) if such yield as so calculated is not available, the Alternate Treasury Bill Rate on such date. "Alternate Treasury Bill Rate" on any date means the Interest Equivalent of the yield as calculated by reference to the arithmetic average of the bid price quotations of the actively traded Treasury Bill with a maturity most nearly comparable to the length of the related Dividend Period, as determined by bid price quotations as of any time on the Business Day immediately preceding such date, obtained from at least three recognized primary U.S. Government securities dealers selected by the Auction Agent.

  • CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report The monthly report in the “CREFC® Loan Level Reserve/LOC Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • New York Federal Reserve s Website" means the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York currently at http://www.newyorkfed.org, or any successor website;

  • CREFC® Website The CREFC®’s Website located at “xxx.xxxxx.xxx” or such other primary website as the CREFC® may establish for dissemination of its report forms.

  • H.15 means the statistical release designated as such, or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the U.S. Federal Reserve System (or any successor thereto).

  • Federal poverty level means the poverty level as defined by the most recently revised poverty income guidelines published by the United States Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register.

  • District and high school graduation report means a report of the number of pupils, excluding adult education participants, in the district for the immediately preceding school year, adjusted for those pupils who have transferred into or out of the district or high school, who leave high school with a diploma or other credential of equal status.
