the staff means all the staff who have a contract of employment with the institution;
Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.
Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;
Support staff means those staff holding a Part-66 aircraft maintenance licence in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.
Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
Vendor Staff means any of Vendor’s employees, agents, subcontractors or representatives who: (a) provide the Services; or, (b) have access to Citizens Confidential Information.
Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.

Teaching Staff means teachers and the principal or head teacher employed at the Academy.

Homeless children and youths means individuals who lack a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence. This includes children and youth who are sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship or a similar reason, living in motels, parks or campgrounds; or children or youth who have a primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not designed for or ordinarily used as a sleeping accommodation by human beings; or children or youth living in cars, abandoned buildings or substandard housing or similar situations; or migratory children because they are living in circumstances like those described above. “Substandard housing” may be determined by considering factors such as whether the setting in which the child or youth is living lacks water, electricity or heat; is infested with vermin or mold; lacks a working kitchen or toilet, or presents unreasonable dangers to adults, children or persons with disabilities. Cities, counties and states have varying housing codes that further define housing deemed substandard by law.
Direct care staff means a facility employee whose primary responsibility is to provide personal care services to residents. These personal care services may include:
Clinical staff means persons who work in a hospital whose duties include the personal care or medical treatment of patients. “Clinical staff” includes, but is not limited to, credentialed physicians, physicians’ assistants, nurses, nursing aides, medical technicians, therapists, and other individuals involved in the personal care or medical treatment of patients.
Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Agreements;
certifying staff means personnel responsible for the release of an aircraft or a component after maintenance;
member of staff means a person appointed to or holding a paid office or employment under the authority; and
Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;
Dental Staff means the Dentists who have been appointed by the Board to the Dental Staff;
MSL means an altitude expressed in feet measured from Mean Sea Level.
Senior Staff means persons in the position of General Manager, Director of Nursing, or equivalent positions at a relevant Health Unit.
Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
handyman means an employee who makes minor repairs or effects renovations to buildings, fixtures and fittings and who covers ironing and pressing machines or tables with any type of material;
CRM means Customer Relationship Management.
Quadriplegia means total Paralysis of both upper and lower limbs. “Hemiplegia” means total Paralysis of the upper and lower limbs on one side of the body. “Uniplegia” means total Paralysis of one lower limb or one upper limb. “Paraplegia” means total Paralysis of both lower limbs or both upper limbs. “Paralysis” means total loss of use. A Doctor must determine the loss of use to be complete and not reversible at the time the claim is submitted.
