Haircut Percentage definition

Haircut Percentage means, with respect to each Class of Eligible Collateral, the percentage set forth in the TALF Standing Loan Facility Procedures as the “Haircut Percentage” applicable to such Class.
Haircut Percentage means, with respect to any Item of Eligible Collateral included in a Class of Eligible Collateral (and subject to the following sentence), the percentage set forth in the TALF Standing Loan Facility Procedures as the “Haircut Percentage” applicable to such Class; provided, that the Haircut Percentage with respect to any Item of Legacy CMBS Collateral shall be equal to (x) the “base dollar haircut” percentage applicable thereto set forth in the TALF Standing Loan Facility Procedures divided by (y) the Market Price thereof. In the case of an Item of Eligible Collateral pledged by an Eligible PPIF Borrower, the Haircut Percentage applicable thereto shall be the Haircut Percentage determined in accordance with the preceding sentence multiplied by 150%.
Haircut Percentage mean, with respect to each Haircut Collateral Loan, a Level 1 Haircut Percentage, a Level 2 Haircut Percentage, a Level 3 Haircut Percentage or a Level 4 Haircut Percentage, in each case, as determined in accordance with such definitions.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing but subject to Sections 5.3-1 and 5.3-2, on each date on which any Principal Receipt is received, the principal balance of the applicable Loan shall be reduced by an amount equal to the product of (x) the difference between (A) 100% and (B) the Haircut Percentage with respect to the applicable Item of Collateral (as of the time the applicable Loan was made) multiplied by (y) the amount of such Principal Receipt.
