Related to Hardware Form

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.   • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Case Report Form means a printed, optical or electronic document or database designed to record all of the information, which is required by the Protocol to be reported to the Sponsor on each Study Participant.
