Hardware Limited Warranty. Axon warrants that Axon-manufactured Devices are free from defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of Agency’s receipt, except Signal Sidearm, which Axon warrants for 30 months from the date of Agency’s receipt. Axon warrants its Axon-manufactured accessories for 90-days from the date of Agency’s receipt. Used conducted energy weapon (“CEW”) cartridges are deemed to have operated properly. Extended warranties run from the expiration of the 1-year hardware warranty through the extended warranty term. Non- Axon manufactured Devices are not covered by Axon’s warranty. Agency should contact the manufacturer for support of non-Axon manufactured Devices.

If Axon receives a valid warranty claim for Axon manufactured hardware during the warranty term, Axon’s sole responsibility is to repair or replace the hardware with the same or like hardware, at Axon’s option. Replacement hardware will be new or like new. Axon will warrant the replacement hardware for the longer of (a) the remaining warranty of the original hardware or (b) 90-days from the date of repair or replacement. If the Quote includes an extended warranty, the extended warranty coverage begins on the Start Date and continues for the Term for the hardware covered by the extended warranty on the Quote. If Agency exchanges hardware or a part, the replacement item becomes Agency’s property, and the replaced item becomes Axon’s property. Before delivering hardware for service, Agency must upload hardware data to Axon Evidence or download it and retain a copy. Axon is not responsible for any loss of software, data, or other information contained in storage media or any part of the hardware sent to Axon for service.
Hardware Limited Warranty. VBI warrants that for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment from Us: (i) the media on which the Software is furnished as well as all peripheral devices provided by US will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This limited warranty extends only to You as the original licensee. Your exclusive remedy and the entire liability of VBI and its suppliers under this limited warranty will be, at Our option, repair, replacement, or refund of the Hardware if reported (or, upon request, returned) to the party supplying the Hardware to You.
Hardware Limited Warranty. TASER warrants that its law enforcement hardware products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of receipt. Extended warranties run from the date of purchase of the extended warranty through the balance of the 1-year limited warranty term plus the term of the extended warranty measured after the expiration of the 1-year limited warranty. CEW cartridges and Smart cartridges that are expended are deemed to have operated properly. TASER-Manufactured Accessories are covered under a limited 90- DAY warranty from the date of receipt. Non-TASER manufactured accessories are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If TASER determines that a valid warranty claim is received within the warranty period, TASER agrees to repair or replace the Product. TASER’s sole responsibility under this warranty is to either repair or replace with the same or like Product, at TASER’s option.
Hardware Limited Warranty. Subject to fulfillment by Subscriber of its obligations under this Agreement, NSI warrants that for a period of one (1) year from shipment of Hardware (“Warranty Period”), it will repair or replace, at NSI’s sole discretion, Hardware (excluding ancillary accessories) having Defects (or the defective part thereof), provided that Subscriber delivers proper notification to NSI as set forth in Section 3.2 below during the Warranty Period. This warranty obligation shall not apply to: (i) Hardware normally consumed in operation such as fuses, cables, antennae or mounting brackets; (ii) Hardware that NSI determines has evidence of a broken seal, which will invalidate the warranty, or (iii) Hardware that NSI determines does not have Defect(s), or is not working or is damaged or causes damage as a result of Subscriber’s unauthorized or improper use, storage or other non-warranted condition including but not limited to: (a) improper operation, (b) any combination, operation or use with equipment, software, services, technologies or processes not furnished by NSI; (c) detrimental exposure to weather, water, or other elements; (d) involvement in any collision, accident, explosion, fire or any man made or natural force of any kind including Act of God; (e) tampering, alteration, improper Installation or repair by any party other than NSI or its authorized Installer(s). Repair or replacement under warranty of Hardware with Defect(s) will not extend the Warranty Period. Replacement Hardware or components may be new or reconditioned, and may consist of comparable Hardware or components manufactured by the same or other manufacturers, in the sole discretion of NSI.
Hardware Limited Warranty. ECHELON warrants to VAR that the Hardware shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after acceptance by VAR in accordance with Section 7.9. ECHELON’s sole and exclusive liability and VAR’s sole remedy under this warranty shall be, at ECHELON’s option, to provide repaired Hardware or replacement Hardware as provided in Section 11.3.
Hardware Limited Warranty. 8.1 The Warranty insures a replacement for defective hardware components of the Product for one year following the purchase of the Product or during the term of extended Warranty. Trisys will provide a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) to allow the return of the defective Product. Customer has to return the defective Product to Trisys properly packaged and insured, original Operating System license included. The delivery costs are borne by a customer.
Hardware Limited Warranty. If Customer has ordered and received MobileIron Hardware from MobileIron or an Authorized Reseller of MobileIron Hardware, then MobileIron warrants that for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment of the MobileIron Hardware to Customer (but in case of resale by an Authorized Reseller, not to exceed more than fifteen (15) months from original shipment date by MobileIron), that the Hardware will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The date of shipment of MobileIron Hardware by MobileIron is set forth on the packaging material in which the Hardware is shipped. This limited warranty extends only to the original user of the MobileIron Hardware. Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy and the entire liability of MobileIron and its suppliers under this limited warranty will be, at MobileIron’s or its service center’s option, to repair the MobileIron Hardware or if repair is not possible to replacement of the MobileIron Hardware within the warranty period and according to the replacement process described in the Warranty Card (if any), or if no Warranty Card, as described at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/support.html (the “RMA Procedures”). MobileIron replacement parts used in MobileIron Hardware replacement may be new or reconditioned or refurbished. MobileIron’s obligations hereunder are conditioned upon the return of affected MobileIron Hardware in accordance with MobileIron’s or its service center’s then-current RMA Procedures.
Hardware Limited Warranty. ADP warrants to Client that the Hardware shall be free from defects in material and workmanship on the Warranty Commencement Date and for ninety days thereafter Hardware Maintenance as described in the Statement of Work shall commence upon expiration of the warranty. ADP’s sole obligation in case of any breach of the foregoing warranty shall be to repair or replace, at ADP’s option, any defective items. The foregoing warranty shall not apply in the following circumstances: (i) accident, neglect or misuse; (ii) alterations other than in accordance with ADP’s standard installation procedures and (iii) failure to provide and maintain a suitable installation environment including but not limited to, failure to provid e adequate electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control. Client will bear all risk of loss during shipment/delivery of Hardware relating to Maintenance.
Hardware Limited Warranty. If Customer has ordered and received MobileIron Hardware from MobileIron or an Authorized Reseller, the warranty and remedies described in Attachment B shall apply.
