Hazard Notice definition

Hazard Notice means a notice issued to the Operating Company by the Director and or Performance Audit Group identifying a situation which represents an immediate hazard requiring action by the Operating Company.
Hazard Notice means (i) the written notice provided by the Developer to the City after acceptance by the City of the 101 Tunnels and Driveways that the 101 Tunnels and Driveways are posing a hazard or risk to the safety of and/or welfare of the public, the Building, the Parking Structure, the 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Parcel, the 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Plaza, the Developer, its tenants or others, or (ii) the written notice provided by the City to the Developer after acceptance of the 101 Tunnels and Driveways that the Developer’s operations in the 101 Tunnels and Driveways, are posing a hazard or risk to the safety and/or welfare of the public, the City to any right-of-ways or to any easements or licenses to be granted to the City under this Agreement.
