The rights granted to Lender herein and in the Mortgage or related documents are granted solely for the protection of Lender's lien and security interest covering the Property and other Collateral and do not grant to Lender the right to control Borrower's actions, decisions or policies regarding Hazardous Waste or Materials.
Borrower shall promptly comply, and shall cause any lessee at the Property to comply, with all statutes, regulations and ordinances, and with all orders, decrees or judgments of Governmental Authorities or courts having jurisdiction, relating to the use, collection, treatment, disposal, storage, control, removal or cleanup of Hazardous Waste or Materials in, on or under the Property, any other Collateral, or any adjacent property, or incorporated in any Improvements, at Borrower's expense.
