Head of Institution means the Head of a Department, Chair of a Board of a Faculty not organised into Departments, Director or the authorised deputy or designated nominee, as appropriate within that institution.
Head of Institution means the Principal/Headmaster of a Senior Secondary or High School affiliated with the Board .

Head of Institution means the head of a national department, the Office of a Premier, a provincial department, a municipality or a head of a national, provincial or municipal government component and includes any employee acting in such post; “higher education institution” means a higher education institution as defined in section 1 of the Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997);
