HEALTH HAZARDS. The Union may discuss with the Company any working conditions which the Union believes are, in their opinion, detrimental to the health of the employees.
HEALTH HAZARDS. The Customer undertakes to advise VM of any rules or regulations relating to health and safety at w ork applicable at the Sites and VM shall observe and procure that the persons so authorised as referred to in clause 4.5.3 (other than the Customer) observe the rules or regulations so advised w xxxx at the Sites.
HEALTH HAZARDS. Each Party will notify the other Party of any material health hazards with respect to Products that may impact employees involved in the activities to Obtain Regulatory Approval, manufacture, production or supply of Products as soon as practicable, and in any event within forty-eight (48) hours, after such Party becomes aware of such hazards.
HEALTH HAZARDS. 33.01 The Employer agrees to maintain working conditions which are conducive to the safety and health of employees.
33.02 The Employer will maintain adequate heating and lighting and agrees to maintain a safe work environment, both inside and outside the Employer's premises.
HEALTH HAZARDS. 19.1 The Materials supplied by the Company in that condition in which it is sold is considered not to constitute a hazard to health or safety, provided that it is handled and used in accordance with normal accepted safe working practises. The Distributor should, for its own safeguard, consult the relevant codes of practise and factory inspectorates with regard to adequate hygiene, safety and environmental standards and enforcement thereof, with respect to handling and processing of the Material.
19.2 The Distributor accepts the inherent risk associated with the Material as set out in clause 19.1 and will accordingly have no claim of any kind against the Company directly or indirectly arising from death, illness or injury of any person or damage to any property as a result of direct or indirect exposure to the Material except if the damage is the result of a breach of contract by or gross negligence or wilful intent of the Company.
HEALTH HAZARDS. Structures shall be constructed in such a manner so as not to impair the occupants' safety because they contain public health hazards as determined by a duly authorized public health official, health agency, or governmental entity having jurisdiction. This paragraph does not limit recovery for any damages caused by a violation of any other paragraph of this section on the grounds that the damages do not constitute a health hazard.

The inherent conditions in the use, operation, maintenance, repair, support, storage, disposal of a system, or the test environment (e.g., acoustical energy, biological substances, chemical substances, oxygen deficiency, radiation energy, shock, temperature extremes, trauma, or vibration) that can cause death, injury, illness, disability, or reduce job performance of personnel.

HEALTH HAZARDS. The EEAAD shall be designed to eliminate or minimize to the greatest extent possible, any occupational health hazards so that system generated illness or injury is minimized and mission readiness is not compromised.
