Pseudonymized Data definition

Pseudonymized Data means data in which personal data is replaced with one or more artificial identifiers, or pseudonyms. For example, a name is replaced with a unique number and the unique number is not made available in connection with the other data.
Pseudonymized Data means data which have been processed in such a manner (e.g. by assigning one or more random codes) that the data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organizational measures to ensure that the data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.
