Health Super definition

Health Super means the superannuation fund administered by Health Super Pty Ltd, or any successor fund to it;
Health Super means Health Super Pty Ltd; HESTA means Health Employees Superannuation Trust of Australia; HSUA means Health Services Union of Australia;

  • If assessed as operationally appropriate Health Super may select a small number of staff to remain and service the office as a "skeleton crew" to provide basic emergency services for our members.

  • If there are concerns about the Employee's performance, Health Super will take into consideration any mitigating circumstances and the Employee will be counselled and given the opportunity to respond and /or improve.

  • It is the primary responsibility of Health Super Employee to ensure that jobs are performed in a safe manner and without injury to the Employees, or to the public.

  • Health system means: (A) A parent corporation of one or more hospitals and any entity affiliated with such parent corporation through ownership, governance, membership or other means, or (B) a hospital and any entity affiliated with such hospital through ownership, governance, membership or other means;
