NEPA definition

NEPA means the National Environmental Policy Act pursuant to United States Code Title 42, Section 4371; 40 CFR part 1500.1 et seq.
NEPA means the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, and any successor statute of similar import, and regulations thereunder, in each case as in effect from time to time.
