Health System Transformation definition

Health System Transformation means the vision established by the Oregon Health Policy Board for reforming health care in Oregon, including both the Oregon Integrated and Coordinated Health Care Delivery System and reforms that extend beyond the context of OHP.
Health System Transformation has the meaning provided in OAR 410-141-3500.
