Health Team definition

Health Team means such term as described in Section 3502 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, P.L. 111-148 (March 23, 2010), as amended or modified. HEDIS, the Health Plan Employer Data and Information Set, is a registered trademark of NCQA. HEDIS is a set of standardized performance measures designed to reliably compare the performance of managed health care plans. HEDIS is sponsored, supported and maintained by NCQA.
Health Team has the same meaning as term as described in 42 U.S.C. § 256a-1.
Health Team means a group of health care providers which may, in addition to health care practitioners, include the client, family, and significant others.
