Hearings Division definition

Hearings Division means the Hearings Division of the Workers’ Compensation Board.
Hearings Division means the Hearings Division of the Department of Administration.
Hearings Division means the Hearings Division of the Workers' Compensation Board" means an order issued under these rules declaring an employer to be a noncomplying employer, and containing the amount of civil penalty assessed under ORS 656.735, if any.

  • Hearing aid means an instrument or device designed for regular and constant use in or proximate to the human ear and represented as aiding or improving defective human hearing.

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • Hearing examiner means the labor commissioner or the commissioner’s designee.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.
