Heat Network definition

Heat Network means the district heating facilities owned by the Heat Purchaser for the transmission and distribution of heat;
Heat Network means an energy distribution network as defined in the Heat Act; IFA means an independent financial adviser of international reputation or an independent financial adviser with appropriate expertise appointed by the Borrower in its sole discretion; IFRS means the international financial reporting standards within the meaning of IAS Regulation 1606/2002; Independent Valuation Service Provider means an independent financial institution of international reputation, an independent accountancy firm of international standing or independent financial adviser with appropriate expertise;

Heat Network means a network is where heating, cooling or hot water is supplied to a single building divided into separate premises.
