Heat Trust Scheme definition

Heat Trust Scheme means the voluntary scheme established to protect the interests of householders and micro businesses connected to heat networks in the UK, including the Heat Trust Scheme Rules and the Scheme Bye-Laws (at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/the-scheme-rules), or any equivalent replacement scheme thereof.
Heat Trust Scheme means the scheme operated by Heat Customer Protection Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09456667;
