Heavy Vehicle National Laws as set out in Victoria as the Heavy Vehicle National Law Application Act 2013 and Heavy Vehicle National Law Application (Infringements) Regulations 2013 and in New South Wales the Heavy Vehicle (Adoption of National Law) Act 2013 and Heavy Vehicle (Adoption of National Law) as Regulation 2013 as applicable.

Heavy Vehicle National Laws means the Heavy Vehicle (Adoption of National Law) Act 2013, the Heavy Vehicle (Adoption of National Law)

Heavy Vehicle National Laws means the State or Commonwealth road transport law relating to the regulation of vehicle maintenance, speed, mass, dimension or load restraint or driver fatigue management, including but not limited to legislation based on or adapted from the Heavy Vehicle National Law in force from time to time in each State or Territory.

  • OFAC Laws means any laws, regulations, and Executive Orders relating to the economic sanctions programs administered by OFAC, including without limitation, the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, 50 U.S.C. sections 1701 et seq.; the Trading with the Enemy Act, 50 App. U.S.C. sections 1 et seq.; and the Office of Foreign Assets Control, Department of the Treasury Regulations, 31 C.F.R. Parts 500 et seq. (implementing the economic sanctions programs administered by OFAC).

  • Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter

  • Motor vehicle fuel means any petroleum distillate having a Reid vapor pressure of more than four (4) pounds per square inch and that is used to power motor vehicles. Diesel fuel and kerosene are not considered to be motor vehicle fuels.

  • Healthcare Laws has the meaning provided in Section 5.19(a).

  • California Renewables Portfolio Standard means the renewable energy program and policies codified in California Public Utilities Code Sections 399.11 through 399.31 and California Public Resources Code Sections 25740 through 25751, as such provisions may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Modern Slavery Laws means the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (NSW), Divisions 270 and 271 of the Criminal Code 1995 (Cth), the Human Rights Act 2019 (Qld), and any other binding or non-binding guidelines issued by an entity or person so authorised under Modern Slavery Law, and anti-Modern Slavery laws or regulations in force in Australia or otherwise applicable to Tetra Tech International Development or the Subconsultant from time to time with respect to reporting on or addressing the risks of modern slavery, including business operations and supply chains with respect to related purposes.

  • Healthcare Facility means that portion of the Project operated on the Land as a Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facility, Board and Care Home, Assisted Living Facility and/or any other healthcare facility authorized to receive insured mortgage financing pursuant to Section 232 of the National Housing Act, as amended, including any commercial space included in the facility.

  • Adult foster care facility means an adult foster care facility licensed under the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.701 to 400.737.

  • Export Control Laws means (a) the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and all other Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of the United States and other countries relating to import and export controls and (b) the anti-boycott regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury and all anti-boycott Laws adopted by Governmental Authorities of other countries relating to prohibition of unauthorized boycotts.
