Heavy Vehicles definition

Heavy Vehicles means motor vehicles (other than Special Vehicles) having at least three wheels and a maximum permissible load exceeding 3.5 tonnes.
Heavy Vehicles means vehicles weighing five tons or greater.
Heavy Vehicles means – tThose highway vehicles weighing at least fifty­five thousand (55,000) pounds and therefore subject to tax under 26 U.S.C. § 4481 (Section 4481 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954).

Heavy Vehicles means vehicles including trailers, buses, lorries, tippers, articulated vehicles (prime-movers and low loaders), tankers, cement-mixers, goods-cum-passenger vehicles and any other vehicles which have a maximum laden weight exceeding 5.0 metric tonnes;
