Agricultural trailers Where your vehicle is either: an agricultural vehicle, a car or commercial vehicle, we will provide cover for any trailer which is used only for agricultural or forestry purposes, and which is owned or controlled by you or for which you are legally responsible, against loss or damage, while it is either attached to, or detached from, your vehicle. We will not pay any claim arising from the following: • Loss of or damage to any property being carried in or on the trailer • Loss of or damage to any property being loaded onto or unloaded from the trailer • Loss of or damage to any caravan or trailer carrying liquid fuel, unless we agree otherwise We will only provide this cover if the way you are towing the trailer keeps to the manufacturer’s instructions and any relevant law. This applies to any trailer which: • belongs to you or is hired to you under a hire purchase or leasing agreement whilst it is attached or detached from your vehicle; • is in your custody and control but does not belong to you and is not hired to you under a hire purchase or leasing agreement, whilst it is attached or temporarily detached from your vehicle, providing there is no other existing insurance covering the same liability. If the combined value of the power unit and semi-trailer is greater than the last total value of your vehicle you told us about (and we accepted) we will only pay the value shown in your schedule. We will indemnify the trailer under section 2 up to the amount specified in the trailer value section of the schedule. We will not be liable: • for loss or damage to any contents in or on the trailer • unless the trailer is securely parked with the brakes on when it is not attached to your vehicle • for any trailer which has plant permanently attached • for any liability if any trailer is being used otherwise than in accordance with the law This is only applicable to the first trailer per vehicle. Any additional trailers will only be covered whilst attached or detached during the course of a journey only. Cover can be upgraded to full attached & detached cover for these trailers subject to an additional premium. Exceptions to Section 2 This section of your insurance does not cover the following:

  • Customer-Provided Equipment Comcast shall have no obligation to install, operate, or maintain Customer-Provided Equipment. Customer alone shall be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, operation and replacement of all inside telephone wiring and equipment and facilities on the Customer’s side of the cable modem, route and/or coaxial input connection. All Customer-Provided Equipment and wiring that Customer uses in connection with the Services must be fully compatible with the Services. Customer shall be responsible for the payment of all charges for troubleshooting, maintenance or repairs attempted or performed by Comcast’s employees or authorized contractors when the difficulty or trouble report results from Customer-Provided Equipment.
