Hedge Collateral Securities Account definition

Hedge Collateral Securities Account means a securities account opened in the name of the Issuer on behalf of the relevant Hedge Provider for the purpose of holding Hedge Collateral Securities and maintained in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Hedge Collateral Securities Account means a securities account opened in the name of the Issuer on behalf of the relevant Hedge Provider for the purpose ofholding Hedge Collateral Securities and maintained in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

Examples of Hedge Collateral Securities Account in a sentence

  • In the case of the Hedge Collateral Cash Account, within 30 days of the signing of this Agreement and, in the case of the Hedge Collateral Securities Account, within 90 days of both: (i) the occurrence of an Initial Fitch Rating Event, a Subsequent Fitch Rating Event or if the Collateral Trigger Requirements apply; and (ii) a request of Party A made in writing.

Related to Hedge Collateral Securities Account

  • Hedge Collateral Defined in Section 5.3(b).

  • Securities Account is any “securities account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

  • Deposit Account is any “deposit account” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.

  • Letter of Credit Collateral Account means a special deposit account maintained by the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Lenders, and under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent.

  • Collateral Proceeds Account a non-interest bearing cash collateral account established and maintained by the relevant Grantor at an office of the Collateral Account Bank in the name, and in the sole dominion and control of, the Collateral Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Collateral Account is any Deposit Account, Securities Account, or Commodity Account.

  • Excluded Deposit Accounts means, collectively, (i) payroll and payroll taxes accounts, workers’ compensation accounts and other employee wage and benefit payment accounts and xxxxx cash accounts, (ii) trust accounts and (iii) deposit accounts other than Collection Accounts and Collateral Deposit Accounts (as each such term is defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement), so long as the aggregate amount on deposit in all such deposit accounts does not exceed $2,500,000 in the aggregate at any time.
