Hedge Notional Amount definition

Hedge Notional Amount. For any Advance, the aggregate notional amount in effect on any day under all Hedge Transactions entered into pursuant to Section 5.3(a) for that Advance.
Hedge Notional Amount means the aggregate notional amount in effect on any day under all Hedge Transactions entered into pursuant to Section 5.2 which have not matured, been terminated or cancelled.
Hedge Notional Amount means, as of the date of determination, an amount equal to the aggregate Notional Amount outstanding on that date and for the then current Calculation Period of all Transactions outstanding under any Hedge Agreement (as defined in the Trust Agreement) then in effect.
