Hedge Transactions definition

Hedge Transactions means transactions under any interest swap agreements, caps, collars or other interest rate hedging mechanisms.
Hedge Transactions means the collective reference to transactions contemplated by one or more Hedge Agreements.
Hedge Transactions means all the derivative transactions executed under the Hedge Agreement relating to Borrower’s Obligations under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Collar Transactions shall not be considered “Hedge Transactions” hereunder.

  • Participations and Hedge Transactions involve the Issuer entering into contracts with counterparties.

  • Hedge Transactions may be subject to such requirements, depending on the identity of the Hedge Counterparty.

Hedge Transactions is defined in Section 5(m).
Hedge Transactions means the Interest Rate Hedge Transactions and the Currency Hedge Transactions;
Hedge Transactions means interest rate swaps, currency swaps, timing swaps, basis swaps, caps, floors and collars and similar transactions for the purpose of hedging related exposures and not for the purpose of obtaining exposure to a corporate credit obligation .
Hedge Transactions means (a) any and all rate swap transactions, basis swaps, credit derivative transactions, forward rate transactions, commodity swaps, commodity options, forward commodity contracts, future contracts, equity or equity index swaps or options, bond or bond price or bond index swaps or options or forward bond or forward bond price or forward bond index transactions, interest rate options, forward foreign exchange transactions, cap transactions, floor transactions, collar transactions, currency swap transactions, cross-currency rate swap transactions, currency options, total return swaps, credit spread transactions, repurchase transactions, reserve repurchase transactions, securities lending transactions, weather index transactions, spot contracts, fixed-price physical delivery contracts, whether or not exchange traded, or any other similar transactions or any combination of any of the foregoing (including any options to enter into any of the foregoing), whether or not any such transaction is governed by or subject to any master agreement, and (b) any and all transactions of any kind, and the related confirmations, which are subject to the terms and conditions of, or governed by, any form of master agreement published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., any International Foreign Exchange Master Agreement or any other master agreement (any such master agreement, together with any related schedules, a “Master Agreement”), including any such obligations or liabilities under any Master Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, agreements or obligations to physically sell any commodity at any index-based price shall not be considered Hedge Transaction.
Hedge Transactions means all Transactions (as defined in the ISDA Agreement) and any other commodity swap (including price protection for future production of Hydrocarbons or mineral or mining interests and rights therein), commodity option, interest rate swap (including rate hedger products), basis or currency or cross-currency rate swap, forward rate, cap, floor, collar, future rate, forward agreement, spot contract, or other credit, price, foreign exchange, rate, equity, equity index option, bond option, interest rate option, rate protection agreement, currency option, or other option, or commodities derivative, exchange, risk management, or protection agreement , or commodity, securities, index, market, or price-linked transaction or agreement, or any option with respect to any such transaction or similar transaction, or combination of any of the foregoing, now existing or hereafter entered into by Mortgagor and any other party, whether linked to one or more interest rates, foreign currencies, commodity prices, equity prices, indexes, or other financial measures and whether such transactions or combinations thereof are governed by or subject to any ISDA Agreement or other similar agreement or arrangement, including all obligations and liabilities thereunder, and including all renewals, extensions, amendments, and other modifications or substitutions.
Hedge Transactions means any rate swap transactions, basis swaps, forward rate transactions, commodity swaps, commodity options, equity or equity index swaps, equity or equity index options, bond options, interest rate options, foreign exchange transactions, floor transactions, collar transactions, forward transactions, currency swap transactions, cross-currency rate swap transactions, currency options, and other hedging contracts and transactions.
Hedge Transactions means all the currency hedging transactions executed under the Hedge Agreement relating to Borrower’s Obligations under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Collar Transaction nor the Call Spread Transaction shall be considered “Hedge Transactions” hereunder.
