Hexagon Group Company definition

Hexagon Group Company means Hexagon AB, a Swedish corporation, and any company that is directly or indirectly controlled by Hexagon AB. “Unternehmen der Hexagon Gruppe“ bezeichnet Hexagon AB, ein schwedisches Unternehmen, und jedes Unternehmen, das direkt oder indirekt von Hexagon AB kontrolliert wird.

  • Lessee shall hold harmless and indemnify Lessor and a Hexagon Group Company for any causes of actions, claims, costs, expenses and/or damages resulting to Lessor or a Hexagon Group Company from a breach by Lessee or any user of the export restrictions set forth in this Agreement.

  • Limitation Of Damages Neither PPM nor any Hexagon Group Company will be liable to Customer for lost data, the inoperability of the products, operating labor, or overhead.

  • Hexagon and each Hexagon Group Company consider such information and/or data to be proprietary and confidential.

Related to Hexagon Group Company

  • Group Company means any one of them;

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.
