  • Use of System Charges for HH Site Specific generation tariffs (which excludes Measurement Class F and G) will be via the HH billing systems.

  • If in any Relevant Period we have agreed to supply multiple HH Sites and/or multiple AMR Sites, subsequently cease to supply any HH Site and/or AMR Site and impose a Site Removal Fee in relation to such HH Site and/or AMR Site then we may recalculate the Estimated Annual Consumption for that and any subsequent Relevant Period.
