Hidden Defects definition

Hidden Defects means a failure of Product to conform to the Specifications, such failure not being discoverable upon reasonable physical inspection or standard testing upon receipt of Product.
Hidden Defects means any instance where a Batch of Active Material fails to conform to the Specifications, such failure not being discoverable upon Inspection or standard testing of Active Material in accordance with Section 3.2 or at any point in the production of the Finished Dosage Form.

More Definitions of Hidden Defects

Hidden Defects means technical defects in the goods supplied by the Supplier which cannot be detected by a careful co-contractor immediately after taking possession of the goods, which are serious and significant, existing at the time of sale.
Hidden Defects means any defects or omissions that are not apparent upon visual inspection of the unobscured material or upon the carrying out of normal checks that a prudent or skilled workman would carry out prior to installation.

  • Latent Defects means such defects caused by faulty designs, material or work man ship which cannot be detected during inspection, testing etc, based on the technology available for carrying out such tests.
