High Net Worth Individual definition

High Net Worth Individual means an individual who—
High Net Worth Individual is as defined in the MAS Guidelines on Exemption for Specialised Units Serving High Net Worth Individuals under Section 100(2) of the Financial Advisers Act and means any of the following:
High Net Worth Individual means an individual that holds in total a minimum of EUR 1 000 000 in financial or investable wealth or assets under management, excluding that individual’s main private residence. For the purposes of this Directive, an individual shall be considered as a high net worth individual when that minimum threshold is met at any time during the calendar year for which the exchange takes place.

  • For removal of doubt, the terms "Institutional Portion", "Non-Institutional Portion", "High Net Worth Individual Investors Portion" and "Retail Individual Investors Portion" are individually referred to as “Portion” and collectively referred to as “Portions”.

High Net Worth Individual means a natural person residing in the U.S. that is an “accredited investor” within the meaning of Section 501(a) of Regulation D under the Securities Act.
