High Yield Financing definition

High Yield Financing has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5.
High Yield Financing means the 14% senior discount notes of the Company due 2010 and the accompanying warrants exercisable for Common Stock issued by the Company as described in the Company's offering memorandum dated July 10, 2000.
