Highway bridge definition

Highway bridge means a bridge on a highway in this state which crosses waterways, other topographical barriers, other highways or railroads.
Highway bridge means any highway bridge that is not part of the national system of interstate and defense highways, that is 1,000 feet in length or less, and that is located within the territorial boundaries of the Village of Fredonia, regardless of whether the Village of Fredonia has maintenance jurisdiction over the highway bridge.
