Examples of Hill Path Designee in a sentence

  • The acquisition of control of the Domestic Insurers is subject to review and analysis under Section 1403 of the Insurance Holding Companies Act to determine whether the effect of the acquisition of control would be to substantially lessen competition or tend to create a monopoly in the Commonwealth.
